¿Como hacer algunas documentos en publisher? Tarjeta de presentacion, calendario, etiqueta de cd, folleto Equipo: Selena torres bravo y Anai Vélez Betancourt

 lo primero es abrir el programa “microsotf office publisher 2007” que es el programa que yo utilize. Ya que lo abres te pone varias opciones que puedes elegir:

Esta es la pagina principal. Son carpetas que adentro de ellas traen mas opciones de diseño, dibujo, grafico, etc. Para hacer una tarjeta de presentacion das click en tarjeta de presentacion y te manda a esto :

Arriba te pone opciones como archivo, edicion, ver, insertar, formato, herrameientas, tabla, oraganizar, ventana. Y en cada una de las carpetas que te metes justo abajo del nombre que pediste estan los aprtados o accesos directos, es para usar menos tiempo e ir a lao que buscas.  Hay eliges la que te paresca mejor yo elegi desplazamiento y te manda a:

Esta pagina que como se puede ver es como va a quedar la tarjeta a gran escala.

Y ya empezamos a reyenar las casillas con los datos personales que va a traer, como tu nombre, direccion, trabajo, etc.

En donde veas que hay un dibujo o paisaje que ya traia el formato, como en nuestro caso trae una libelula, para cambiar la imagen dando click en ella y te aparece  este icono que es la barra de edicion de imagen, das click en la primera opcion que esta te manda a tus archivos para ver tus imágenes disponibles, ya tu seleccionas que tamaño o en que pocision.

Despues en donde decia nombre del trabajo, como no trabajamos le pusismos “estudiantes”.

En donde decia nombre pusismos los nuestros: Selena y Anai.

 En donde iba su puesto pusimos: Estudiantes de asdi 201 CONALEP.

En la direccion pusimos la del plantel.

Y en telefono y correo sol se modifica.

Y quedaria mas o menos asi una tarjeta de presntacion.

AHORA COMO HACER UN CALENDARIO

De la pagina principal se elige la opcion de “calendario” y te da opciones de como puede estar

Nosotras eligimos el primero que es Album de Fotos , damos doble click y se entra automaticamente.

Para cualquier color que qeramos cambiar se elige “combinaciones de colores”  y elegimo UVA y ya se pone todo con los colores nuevos.

Es basicamente el mismo procediento que el anterior. En donde dice el mes, das click y borras y escribes el nuevo, en nuestro caso es “mayo 2012”. Luego das click en la imagen y te aparece el mismo icono, y haces lo mismo y cambias la foto, y la ajustas a tamaño…

Y queda asi:

AHORA COMO HACER UNA ETIQUETA DE CD

Eliges la de “etiquetas”, de hay eliges “cd o dvd” que esta en la apreter superior y nosotras usaremos la primera opcion que es “clasica”.

Hay ya reyenas con los datos que va  llevar, como artista, canciones, album, y en donde se ven como hojas onduladas se podria poner la imagen del cantante. Las letras las cambiamos de forma, de tamaño, subrayado y queda asi.

Para hacer un triptico abrimos pagina de Publisher elegimos la carpeta de triptico de ahí seleccionamos el modelo que vamos a hacer y escogemos la información que queramos poner y vamos acomodando incluso hay en el formato que nos muestra nos da l

os espacios y el nombre y que información corresponde también nos da espacios para acomodar las imágenes.
